If so, here's what I would respond back with:
"That's alright. Is it okay for me to ask why now isn't ideal timing? No wrong answers, I just like to learn as much as possible. So hearing your feedback will be informative."
I like this approach because you aren't trying to "overcome an objection".
You're asking a genuine question to better understand their perspective.
Because of this, some prospects will open up to you.
They will give you more context as to why they THINK now isn't the best timing.
And every once in a while, you two will arrive at the decision that now actually IS the best timing.
You can't change someone's perspective when they're closed off to you.
So before trying to "sell" someone, make sure they're open & receptive to you first.
