Giving Myself Longer Time Frames Has Helped Me A Lot In Business
Mar 15, 2023Giving myself longer time frames has helped me a lot in business.
And by “longer time frames”, I mean:
• Expecting it to take months to close a new client after my first point of contact. Instead of expecting days/weeks.
• Giving myself 2x more time to do my prospecting work. The more I rush through prospecting, the more likely I am to scare off prospects.
• Allocating 2 hours each week to create content instead of 45 minutes. This allows me to create higher-quality posts for LinkedIn because I’m able to “think deeper”.
And don’t take my word for it.
Our best clients don’t expect an immediate Return on Investment (ROI) on their marketing. These are our most successful clients, too.
They don’t expect to make their money back in a couple of days/weeks.
And please keep in mind, this isn’t a post to promote my business.
This is a post to prove the FACT that the most successful people I’ve met ALL think in longer time frames.
If you expect amazing results in a few days/weeks, you need to work on your mindset.
