Don't Be Afraid To Disqualify Your Prospects
Feb 09, 2023Don't be afraid to disqualify your prospects.
This might seem counterproductive when you're wanting to grow your business, but it's not.
The truth is that you shouldn't be trying to work with anyone that you can possibly find.
While going through each interaction with a prospect, make sure you continually guage whether they'd be a good fit to work with you or not.
This shouldn't just mean whether they have the money/resources to be a client.
Some of the more important questions to ask yourself:
1. Do you feel like you get along with them?
2. Will they be worth the time that you put into them?
3. Are they planning to stay with you long-term?
There are so many more questions to ask yourself about each prospect, but these are some of the more common ones I've used to determine if someone is a good fit for our business.
